Our wedding will be held at “Rugged Horizon” events venue located at 62143 Blood Ranch Lane in St. Ignatius Montana. Approximately 45 minutes from Missoula and 35 minutes from Polson on US Highway 93 N! It’s easy to find but we will include directions in all our invitations.
We did our best to include all significant others when we put together our guest list! If there is someone you want to bring that we may not have already included, please let us know as soon as possible! Our venue has a maximum capacity that we need to make sure we do not go over.
Absolutely! We want to include all the little ones. We have been working on many fun games and activities for all the littles in our families!
Definitely! We have a plan for dinner that should include something for everyone. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns.
Our wedding is in Mid June in Montana, unfortunately we have no idea what the weather will look like! Our ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area, please keep this in mind when selecting footwear!
Please do not feel obligated to purchase a gift! The most important thing is to have you with us on our special day. We are buying our first home, and there are very few things we feel like we need or want. If you do wish to give us something, more than anything, would love to be able to do some much needed updates to our home and hopefully plan a honeymoon in the near future.
Yes! We have booked a bus with Beach Transportation to bring anyone to the venue that does not want to drive. We will choose a meeting spot where people can either park and leave their cars, or get a ride to and catch the bus to the venue at 2:30. The bus will also make two return trips to town. If you don't want to stay too late, the first return trip is at 9pm. The second return trip will be at midnight. The bus will drop everyone off at the same meeting place so you can get your car or uber home. We encourage people to take advantage of this service! We understand that people may want to have a few drinks and not worry about driving home, or simply don't want to drive in the dark. If you want to take the bus, please check yes on your RSVP!
Yes! There is a full parking area right next to the venue which includes several handicap accessible spots with convenient entrance to the venue. Our venue also provides a golf cart shuttle if you need extra assistance navigating the grounds.
We have hired a wonderful photographer to document this day. We know everyone wants to have pictures and we will be happy to share our photos with you, but we want to be sure we have everyone's faces in our photos and not your cell phones and cameras. We plan to designate some time for everyone to get all their photos in, but we ask that during the ceremony you have devices put away. You are also welcome to join us for a photo session to take your own after the ceremony! During the reception, photos are encouraged and we would love if you would share those photos with us as well!
We understand that not all of our friends/family are comfortable with attending large gatherings due to the risk of spreading COVID. We really hope to see everyone, but we absolutely understand if you do not feel comfortable and prefer not to attend. We will take all the precautions that we can, we will provide optional masks, hand sanitizer at common touch points, and offer indoor and outdoor seating (weather dependent). No matter what we do, this is still a large gathering of people, so please do what make you feel most comfortable.
