Rehearsal Dinner

At the Rehearsal Dinner we will have dinner, rehearse walking down the aisle, and get everything set and stone for the day of the wedding. Please plan to come if you are on our wedding party list! If you can't make it, let us know in advance so we can secure your spot and rehearse with a filler person.
Arrival

When arriving, you will see an A-frame cabin that will be the main station for the wedding. If you continue past, a large field will be provided for tent setups and additional parking. If you can't make it the day before the wedding, please plan to arrive a few hours prior to the itinerary time for the ceremony.

Morning of the Wedding

We plan to serve breakfast by 10am. Coffee and morning drinks will be available prior. After breakfast we will be setting everything up for the day. (Prepping dinner, decorating, and setting up tables and chairs). Lastly, we will get dressed and ready for the ceremony. Everyone should be ready by 2:30 pm for pictures.
Ceremony

We would love for everyone to dress formally for the ceremony. No specific colors are required, just no full white attire.
There will be 2 rooms designated to get ready in as with a few bathrooms/bunk rooms that can be used also.
Dinner & Reception

For our wedding dinner we are asking everyone to bring a dish/snacks/drinks for a potluck style dinner. Duplicates are welcomed that way you don't have to buy for every guest. Make/buy what you can! Link is provided under "what to bring (potluck)" The reception will follow after with games/dances/and fun for everyone!
