At the airport, there are a couple of options to get to the hotel: - The airport has van taxis that will pick up passengers from various hotels and drop them off along the way. - If you would prefer to go straight to your hotel, we recommend to book a car ahead of time. The Shore Club Turks & Caicos

The wedding and reception will be held at The Shore Club! The Shore Club resort brings an exclusive Turks and Caicos resort experience to the most sought-after stretch of Providenciales: Long Bay Beach, a stunning, secluded beach minutes away from Provo’s town center. An indulgent spa, four pools, three restaurants, luxurious accommodations, and breathtaking views elevate the resort beyond paradise. Complimentary breakfast is served daily in the beautiful garden space of Almond Tree. There are also complimentary tennis courts, bikes and water sports equipment, including snorkels, sea kayaks, paddle boards, and hobie cats. With regard to guest room reservations, there is no booking code associated with our wedding room block. Guests will need to contact the Reservations team directly and reference the Kaplin/Hughes wedding at the time of booking. This will ensure you are included within the discounted room block. Please note that, unfortunately, the resort is unable to honor third-party bookings, as reservations must be made directly through the resort to apply to the room block.

The Sands at Grace Bay

The Sands is a sister hotel to the Shore Club! It is on the Grace Bay beach side of the island where the boat cruise and beach soiree will be held on Thursday and Friday. There are shuttles running every hour to the sister properties and we will have transportation to The Shore Club the day of the wedding!

Airbnb and VRBO options

Airbnb and VRBO are also an option on Providenciales! If you decide on this option, note you will have to arrange for transportation to the events. The island unfortunately doesn’t have Uber or Lyft, so you will need to call a taxi company to line that up in advance. Taxi info is provided below.
