Please note that due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate plus-ones for guests we’ve spoken with directly about bringing one. If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, feel free to reach out to us!

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but the only children attending will be part of the wedding party. Please enjoy a night out—it’s an adults-only celebration!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ll be staying at Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA. We weren’t able to secure a hotel block, so you’re welcome to stay wherever you feel most comfortable. Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA 📍 2600 W. Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89158 Nearby Hotels to Serendipity Events (our venue): Best Western Plus Las Vegas West – Affordable and very close to the venue. The Las Vegas Strip (~6 miles away) – The Venetian, Paris Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan, Treasure Island, and more. Lake Las Vegas Resorts – Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa or The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa for a peaceful, scenic getaway.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Everyone will need to provide their own transportation to the wedding from their hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:15 pm. Ceremony will start at 3:30 pm.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, with heaters provided if the temperature dips. The reception will be held inside. Here’s a look at the past five years of December 13 weather in Las Vegas: 2024: High of 58 °F, Low of 38 °F 2023: High of 62 °F, Low of 44 °F 2022: High of 51 °F, Low of 36 °F 2021: High of 57 °F, Low of 35 °F 2020: High of 49 °F, Low of 33 °F On average, this date sees a high near 57 °F and a low around 39 °F, with minimal chances of rain or snow. We’ll be prepared with heaters to keep you warm, and then take you indoors for the reception.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is formal and in nude shades (shades of brown). Casual clothing is not permitted. Please do not wear white or dark brown.

We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer capturing every moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us as we celebrate this milestone
