What percentage of guests are vaccinated?

Answer

With growing concern of the Delta variant, we want to be as transparent as possible so you can make the best decision for you and your families. Just over 90% of our guests are fully vaccinated. We will also be providing disposable masks in the event you would feel more comfortable wearing one!

What safety precautions will be in place?

Answer

The following are the current Covid protocols in place at the Botanic Gardens. -Food servers, bartenders, and event professionals must wear masks both indoors and outdoors. -Dancing is allowed. Guests who are unvaccinated or the status is unknown, will need to wear a mask while dancing and dance in a group of no more than 10 individuals 6ft away from other guests.

How and when do I have access to the Gardens?

Answer

At the entrance gate (to the left of the visitor center) let them know that you are with the Hauser-Underwood party and you will have FREE access to the Gardens ALL DAY. That means that you can feel free to peruse this beautiful place at your leisure earlier in the day and come back for the party starting at 7pm!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear your dancing shoes accompanied by an outfit you feel amazing in! No need to wear anything too formal. If you're excited for the opportunity to dress up, please do. If you would rather not buy anything new, we hope you don't feel the need. As our guests we want to make sure you're comfortable in the heat and dressed to have an enjoyable and memorable evening!

When should I RSVP by?

June 30th, please! We know its really hard to make plans (at all) these days, but we would really appreciate it if you could give us an idea of if you plan to attend or not by the end of June.

Did you reschedule the reception?

Answer

YES! We did. We are thrilled to have a date secured for Saturday August 7th, 2021 at the Denver Botanic Gardens to host you all for a (very) belated reception. We hope to make the most of it, while continuing to stay flexible
