Tim and Tara met on Valentine's Day at a bar in downtown Cincinnati. Both were dragged out for a night on the town with their friends, and happened to run into each other. They hit it off almost instantly and Tim asked Tara out on a date the following day. It has been laughter, bliss, and many marathons of The Office ever since!

Tim had been wanting to marry Tara since the day he met her, and had thought of many ideas on how he would propose. When Tim bought the ring, he had a plan of asking later that month, but he simply couldn't wait. So four days later on Saturday, April 1st (one holiday both Tara and Tim got much enjoyment out of), Tim saw the perfect opportunity to pull the greatest April Fools joke ever. He took Tara to a beautiful spot down by the river and as they were admiring the city view before them, Tim looked at Tara, pulled out what looked to be an engagement ring box, and asked "will you make me the happiest man in the world, and fall for this April Fools joke?"... Tara, full of tears and confused why she was staring at a big blue ring, couldn't help but laugh. Before that laughter could turn into white hot rage, Tim got down on one knee and asked Tara to be his wife with the most beautiful (not blue) diamond ring. Tara said yes to the man of her dreams and her happily ever after!
