We're getting married!

If you would have told us 16 years ago that one day we would be married, we would have probably laughed and told you you were crazy. Marrying your sixth grade crush is like a one in a million chance. Our friendship first blossomed when Stephanie moved back to New Jersey in sixth grade. Our friendship grew even stronger when we were partners in wood shop in seventh grade. Over the years we lost touch, but we reconnected after college in our hometown while hanging out with mutual friends and going to the same bars. While there was an instant attraction upon reconnecting, it took Timmy saying to Stephanie, "You need to open your eyes and see what is right in front of you. Tim Maloney is up here," to realize the feeling was mutual. Fast forward through three amazing years - our first apartment, becoming dog parents, many country concerts, endless beach trips, Met's Games, Steeler's games, buying our first home, all led to Timmy popping the big question! Despite it being a chilly, rainy Spring evening, Timmy convinced Stephanie to go to a nearby park that they had always wanted to go to. Upon walking up to a beautifully decorated gazebo, Stephanie slowly began to realize what was happening so Timmy said, "Don't go ugly crying on me now," (among many other sweet things) to Stephanie. He then dropped to his knee and asked Stephanie to marry him, while their families popped out of the soaking wet bushes to see her answer! While our love for one another was not so clear 16 years ago, we are so thankful that our paths led us back to each other and we would not change our story for anything! We cannot wait to celebrate our love with you all on April 1, 2022!!
