Please arrive at 3:30pm & make your way to the Vineyard Chapel to be seated for the ceremony. The ceremony will commence at 4pm.
Formal wear: Black-tie, cocktail attire or Indian traditional outfits. We don't have a strict colour theme - wear what you love! We have put some suggestions in the "I need more inspiration with the dress code" section below if you are struggling to come up with ideas!
We have listed a few options for accommodation in the "Travel" tab. This would be ideal for those who have a long journey back or are looking to make a long weekend out of the wedding. Please do reach out if you are planning on booking accomodation during this period!
While we adore your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children at the reception due to venue limitations. On the bright side, this could be your opportunity to enjoy a night off! Please contact us if you do have further questions.
Yes. Plenty of Parking!
If we know & love your plus one, they've already been accounted for on the invitation. Please RSVP for everyone listed. If you have further questions, kindly reach out to us.
The festivities will conclude at 11pm, just in time to turn back into a pumpkin... or head to the after party (just kidding...unless...?).
Melbourne weather in October can be quite unpredictable. We're known for our "four seasons in a day" climate. Expect sunshine & warm temperatures, but be prepared for the possibility of a cool change or even light showers. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date, and bringing some layers just in case. Aside from that, springtime in Melbourne brings vibrant blooms & a refreshing atmosphere. Rain or shine, our venue has both indoor & outdoor spaces to keep you comfortable!
For our international crew, to avoid any last minute visa dramas (and trust us, no one wants that!), please get the ball rolling on your Australian visa application ASAP if required. We'd hate for you to miss out on the fun! Kindly refer to the following link to see if you require a visa: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-finder/visit
Absolutely! But please wait until after the ceremony to post photos/videos. We want to soak up the moment before it goes online & want you to be fully present with us. Oh, and don't forget to use our hashtag #AboutTimSoniaSaysIDo
For Ladies: Embrace elegance in evening gowns, cocktail dresses, flowing midi or maxi dresses, sarees, or lehengas. For Gentlemen: Suit up! Tuxedos, suits, or a tailored blazer with dress pants (add a tie for an extra touch of sophistication). Kurtas and sherwanis are also welcome. Let your style shine with a touch of timeless grace. We encourage soft, elegant palettes like muted tones, pastels, and jewel colors such as sage green, dusty pink, champagne, navy blue, maroon, and black.
