...or December of 2014, depending on your definition of the word "meet". The summer prior, Sarah sent Tim a facebook message to check on a mutual friend. Because they weren't connected on facebook, her message went to some separate, mystery (spam?) inbox and Tim wouldn't find it for some time. The eventual discovery of this message six months later (December of 2014) marks the start of their long-distance friendship, but it wasn't until three years after that (March of 2018) that they'd meet face-to-face and decide to give this a shot (even if it was going to be long-distance)!
