FAQs

Question

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding is located in the Fort Worth Botanical Garden in the Fragrance Garden, behind the Rock Springs Cafe. There is a map inside the visitor's center. You can either walk to the Fragrance Garden or ride the Beauty Bus Shuttle to the cafe.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal (think sundresses and dress pants). The colors for the wedding are navy, maroon, plum, and dusty pink. We also ask that you please avoid wearing jeans.

Question

Is there a wedding eve dinner?

Answer

Everyone is welcome to a pizza and salad dinner at the Arlington Seventh Day Adventist Church in Arlington, on the day before the wedding.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Parking is available at the front of the botanical gardens on a first come first served basis.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we'd love to have all the kids there, the size of our venue unfortunately prevents us from allowing children at the wedding and reception.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Wine and beer will be available for purchase at the front of the cafe, but the wedding will be mostly dry otherwise. There will be a champagne toast during the reception.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Guests should RSVP no later than one month before the wedding or August 20, 2025, but we ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience for catering numbers.

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed and you'll be with us in spirit. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend". If you have already RSVP'd attending then please contact us to let us know. Rachel (682) 999-5451 or Timothy (325) 320-3863

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

While gifts are never expected but appreciated, in lieu of a traditional gift registry, we would graciously accept monetary gifts to go towards our honeymoon fund. Gifts can be accepted in the form of cash or check at the wedding, Venmo (@Rachel-Murray-97), Pay Pal (paypal.me/treehuggerexpert), or through our website at www.zola.com/wedding/timandrachelsept.
