FAQsFAQs

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue? Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

We will provide shuttle service between our wedding venue and a designated hotel in Waikīkī (TBD) for pickup and drop-off. We will also provide shuttle service from the Turtle Bay Resort (North Shore). If you’d like to use this coordinated transportation, we recommend choosing a hotel in Waikīkī or within walking distance. If you choose to stay outside of Waikīkī, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the shuttle pickup/drop-off location or directly to Kualoa Ranch.

Question

We suggest arriving at least two days before the wedding to adjust to the time difference and fully enjoy the island. Many guests are making a vacation of it—there’s so much to explore! You can even celebrate halloween in Waikiki which is a large event!

Question

How do we get around the island? How do we get around the island?

Answer

We recommend renting a car to make the most of your time on Oʻahu. Ride-shares and taxis are available in most areas, but having your own transportation makes it easier to explore beaches, hikes, and local favorites.

Question

What should we do while we’re in Oʻahu? What should we do while we’re in Oʻahu?

Answer

Oʻahu is full of adventure and beauty—from snorkeling at Hanauma Bay to watching the sunset at Waikīkī, hiking Diamond Head, or exploring the North Shore. Check our Things to Do page for our favorite spots and recommendations.
