The dress code is formal wear. If you can, match the color scheme provided in your wedding invitation. If you don't have those colors, that's fine too. Pilots: Don't wear your uniform. Military uniforms are fine.
Yes! Please reach out directly to Tim or Olivia to ask about adding a guest to your RSVP. We are limited on the number of guests we can serve. If there is room, we'll be happy to have them as well. However, we are unable to guarantee we can accommodate every request.
Hor 'dourves will be served after the ceremony. For the wedding meal, guests will have the option of a chicken dinner or lasagna with two sides and a salad. We will then finish up with wedding cake and ice cream for dessert!
The wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors in an aircraft hangar. There will also be access to the ramp outside to walk around and look at the airplanes on display.
Children are welcome! There will be a childcare option for you from 3PM-6PM at the reception with games and fun.

During the ceremony, we ask guests to refrain from taking photos. However, during the rest of the day, you are more than welcome to take all the photos you want!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00pm, so whether you are driving or flying in, we ask you plan accordingly to arrive no later than 12:45pm prior to the start of the ceremony.
While there will be a celebration with music and dancing following the main ceremony, festivities will end at 5:30pm.
