Per rules from our venue, we are required to comply with CDC guidelines. As such, those who are fully vaccinated are free to not wear a mask (but obviously still can). Those who are not yet fully vaccinated are required to wear masks at all times during the ceremony and at the reception (other than when sitting at your table eating).
Yes. Due to COVID-19, we got married on our original wedding date (June 27, 2020) in a very small, private ceremony. On June 26, 2021 we will be having a celebration of our marriage and a reception (it will look very much like a normal wedding and receptions).
We want to see your faces, not your phones! We request that you do not take photos at the ceremony. We have an awesome photographer who we want to be able to get the best photos possible and taking your own photos during the ceremony can ruin an otherwise perfect photo. Feel free to take as many photos as you want at the reception!
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Either! It doesn't matter to us how you RSVP, we'll just be happy that you're able to make it!
Please let us know if you'll be able to make it by May 31, 2021. If your plans change after you RSVP and you can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible.
Yes - please see the travel page on our website for more information.
Yes and yes! You can find plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the Junior League. There is also plenty of street parking around the venue.
The weather should be tolerable in June (but it's Arkansas, so who really knows), but regardless both the ceremony and reception will be inside.
We are registered here on Zola! Click on the "Registry" page at the top of this screen.
Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
After the ceremony, our guests will make their way from downstairs where drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served until guests will be welcomed into the ballroom for dinner and dancing.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
The ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m on June 26, 2021. We ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior so that we can begin on time.
Oh yes there will! We will have passed appetizers, a full open bar, as well as a meal, wedding cake, and desserts!
Yes. An RSVP is required for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating & reception meals. In order for us to be able to accommodate a meal for you; you must RSVP prior to the deadline
Unfortunately, no. The church was not supportive of Tim's request for Murphy to preside over the ceremony. While we love them more than anything, they (Eddie) can be a bit of handful, so they will be going on their own vacation to Hound's Lounge during the ceremony and reception.
