Book a free tour at a local sugarhouse and taste VT maple syrup right where it’s made! Tours consist of a guided walk through the sugarhouse (and sugarbush weather dependent) where you will see the equipment, learn how syrup is made, and hear about the history of the farm, followed by a tasting in the salesroom. Be sure to bring appropriate footwear for a walk outside. Tours must be booked ahead as they are a working farm and will schedule their day to accommodate the tour.
Guided trail rides are available through the resort's equestrian center. Experience is not required, but advance reservations are.
Lessons are offered daily by experienced staff. For safety reasons, there is a maximum allotment of six participating guests per time slot, with no spectators, and the requirement of a Mountain Top Resort staff member present at all times.
