FAQs

The Wedding Website of Madison Ryan and Tim Beran
For those seeking outfit inspiration, please see above! Below are answers to a few Frequently Asked Questions for your convenience:
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire We’re excited to celebrate with you in an elegant evening setting following our church ceremony. Women are encouraged to wear midi- or floor-length dresses, and men are encouraged to wear a jacket and tie or suit attire. We kindly ask guests to avoid jeans, casual sundresses, or sneakers. Our wedding colors are navy and white, accented with gold, to create our wedding's timeless color palette. Our bridesmaids will be wearing navy dresses and flowers will emphasize soft autumn colors to tie in the season!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Since we have so many meaningful people in our life, we have chosen to celebrate with those designated per your invitation! Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate additional headcount.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Since we have so many meaningful adults in our life, we have chosen to celebrate without children so we can accommodate everyone!

Question

Special Traditions

Answer

Cookie Table & Dollar Dance Madison grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA with the wedding tradition of a Cookie Table. Women of the family bake a variety of cookies to share as the desserts typically during the reception! The Berans also have a longstanding tradition of Cookie-Day around the holidays, spending a full day baking cookies together. Unfortunately we will have to pivot slightly due to venue restrictions and we will be setting up our cookie table at the Church. Please fill your to-go containers as we will have plenty of cookies for all! The Dollar Dance originates from Madison's Polish roots in which guests can pay a dollar to take a shot and dance with the Bride. Before you toss your dollar in the bag, be sure to tie it in a knot for good luck!

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that you please let the photographers capture our special moments. For the remainder of the evening, we would love to have you capture and share photos via a QR code so we can relive the night through your eyes!
