Tim and I joke that we would go through a whole world pandemic if it meant "meeting you for the first time again." While we might be joking, our story began right after the 2020 quarantine ended in Indiana in early June of 2020. With everyone hankering to see friends again, a student in one of the USI college ministries hosted a pool party in Santa Claus, IN in early June. Lydia, a member of the campus group, attended the pool party and met a few new people, including Tim, who was present with a friend. Funny enough, Lydia didn't even remember meeting Tim a few weeks later when he messaged her for the first time. They became fast friends, and only a few weeks later started dating. Just short of 3 years later, they are getting married!
