Please plan to arrive in Rome no later than Friday, September 18th. You’re welcome to arrive at any time, as guests will be arriving throughout the day. This day is solely focused on getting everyone to Italy, so you are free to spend it however you’d like. As we get closer, we can coordinate for those arriving earlier in the day to possibly head into Rome and explore together. We will all be staying at the Hilton Rome Airport Hotel that evening, and rooms have already been arranged for everyone.
We have arranged transportation for everyone to depart late Saturday morning by bus, which will take us directly to the villa. This is why it’s important that all guests arrive by Friday evening.
Closer to the wedding, we will share room assignments with everyone. The villa and its surrounding cottages offer a variety of accommodations to ensure all guests are comfortably situated.
We are currently finalizing the details and will be sharing a full itinerary this summer, including all events, timelines, menus, attire for each day, packing suggestions, and more.
We will have a bus departing for Rome Airport (FCO) on September 23rd, arriving no later than 1:00 PM. With this in mind, please plan your departing flight times accordingly. If you choose not to return to Rome Airport and plan to continue traveling after the villa, you are welcome to join the group transportation back toward Rome and venture off along the way. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions at all.
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. As we’ll be celebrating internationally, we kindly ask that no physical gifts be brought to the wedding. For those who have expressed interest in giving, we have created a registry on our website, and gifts can be sent directly to us.
