There are 21 rustic cabins...think CAMPING except you don't have to set up your tent! Each cabin is fully screened. There are 5 twin bunk beds and 2 twin beds per cabin, with each cabin fitting up to 12 people. Each bed has a mattress - and that’s it! So BYOB!! Bring Your Own BEDDING! NO bedding is provided. If you’re flying in and can’t bring bedding, please let us know. We can help :)
You are welcome to bring a tent if you prefer! There is no space for RV’s.
The camp strictly prohibits…aka absolutely NO • alcohol • smoking/vaping • pets
Tim and Karen will cover the cost of your overnight stay. We ask that everyone coming would chip in $50 per person (over 5 years old) for food for the entire weekend.
• Bedding - only mattresses are provided. So bring all of your own bedding for each person - sheets, sleeping bag, pillow, blanket...whatever you need/want, you'll have to bring. If you’re planning to fly in and can’t fit bedding, let us know! We can help! • A nice outfit for the vow renewal ceremony! Nice, but also keep in mind that we are on a campground :) • Flashlight - we will provide a camping lantern/light in each cabin, however your own flashlight is suggested! • Musical instruments - we plan to spend time singing around the camp fire! • Your favorite board or word game to challenge Karen ; )!
NO We will provide a battery powered light for each cabin! There are plenty of outlets in the dining hall and bathrooms for phone charging etc.

Unfortunately, NO. We regret to say that we will not be able to accomodate any early arrivals to town. We will be busy preparing for the big weekend! However, if you're interested in staying past the weekend, we'd LOVE to have you!
We will assign cabins once we know who’s coming!
