The attire is semi-formal. There is no specific color scheme!
There is no electricity or AC in the cabins. The cabins are screened-in to the open air. A lantern will be provided for light, and we advise you to bring anything battery operated such as a fan, chargers, or extra lights.. anything that will make your stay more comfortable. There is electricity in the barn which is in close proximity to the cabins to be able to charge your phones and other devices.
There are no bathrooms in the cabins. There is a shared luxury bathhouse on-site within a short walking distance from the cabins. The bathhouse consists of two sides for men and women, toilets, indoor and outdoor showers, sinks, and heated floors.
The cabins come with linen and towels. You may bring any additional toiletries or necessities you may need such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc!
To us, your presence is a gift in itself. We are so grateful for you taking the time out of your schedule to celebrate us! However, if you insist on giving us a gift, we would greatly appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon fund. You can find the link to our honeymoon fund in the “Registry” tab.
We kindly ask that you keep your cell phones and cameras put away and enjoy the moment with us. Our photographer will be there to capture the ceremony.
Please RSVP by March 1st, 2024.
Kids are welcome!
There is WiFi and a community kitchen in the barn. There is a large fire pit to sit and enjoy, a heated bathhouse, and miles of meadow and forest trails to explore.
In April in North Carolina, the average temperature ranges from a high of 60-70’s to a low of 40-50’s. If you reserve a cabin, be sure to bring some warmer sleeping bag/blanket options just in case it’s cold!
If you do not want to reserve a cabin on-site, there are other options available for lodging such as those listed under the "Accommodations" tab, as well as on-site areas for RVs and tents for a more primitive camping experience. Contact Joanne for more information if you are interested in the RV or tent sites.
Please reach out to Jessica, Tim, or Joanne!
