Is there parking?

Answer

Yes. There is a fee to park at the Chelsea Hotel which we will cover for you. Just let them know you are a guest of the "Sohn & Huang Wedding".

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is the wedding indoors?

Answer

After careful consideration, we will continue with our indoor wedding plans in accordance with provincial Covid restrictions as written below. Please remember to wear a mask, sanitize your hands often, and stay home if you are feeling unwell.

What Covid restrictions will be in place?

Answer

We will be following Covid protocols as reinforced by the Chelsea Hotel venue, including limited capacity to less than 25%; tables distanced at a minimum of 2 meters; wearing masks; and practising hand hygiene. There will be touchless hand sanitizer stations at entrances and the bar. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

What is the capacity of the hotel and how many guests will be there?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the Churchill Ballroom, which has a capacity of 210 people. The reception will be held in the Mountbatten Salon, which has a capacity of 320 people. There will be 48 people attending the wedding, including Jenny and Tim.

How many of us are vaccinated?

Answer

We are thankful to say that 43 out of 48 guests, including ourselves, are fully vaccinated. In other words, 90% of us have had both doses of the vaccine. Four of the remaining guests have had one dose at this time. All the staff at the Chelsea Hotel have been vaccinated.

What would you like as a wedding gift?

Answer

We are so excited to have you there on our wedding day! Your presence itself is a wonderful present. If you would really like to give us something of monetary value, we will have a card box at our wedding which you may use to contribute to our new life together as a married couple.
