When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 4:30pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before. That will give you plenty of time to grab a cocktail before you find a seat!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We want you to enjoy this moment with us and truly be present for our special day. We respectfully request that no photos or videos be taken during our ceremony. Sit back, relax, and leave the photos to the pros.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered on Zola. There is a registry page located on our website.

Question

Do you have a block of rooms saved at a hotel?

Answer

Yes, we do! Room rate codes available on the Travel Page of our website. We also have a link for some AirBnb properties that are close to the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children may be at the ceremony. The reception will be adults only.

Will food and/or alcohol be served? If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! For dinner we will have spanish food and there will be a variety of passed plates to chose from. We will be serving beer and wine during dinner and at the reception. We have left an option for dietary restrictions under the RSVP page. Just shoot us a quick note!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is a covered lot directly across the street from the venue. The access code is 2019#

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like to have all RSVPs in by May 1, 2019.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are having a welcome party/rehearsal lunch on Thursday June 6 from 12-3. It is at an arcade! UpDown 101 Southwest Blvd KCMO 64108 We are also having a casual Happy Hour event at Hotel Indigo on Friday June 7 from 4-6. When you get into town swing by for a glass of beer or wine and a little snack. It will get you warmed up for First Friday, or whatever you plan on doing that evening! Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Hilton Home2 Suites and Hotel Indigo are 2 blocks away from the venue. 21c located downtown is close to streetcar stop. The streetcar is free and the Crossroads stop right next to the venue!
