What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into SFO (about a 20-minute drive from the hotel depending on traffic) or OAK (about 25 minutes). SJC is another option and only about 45 minutes away.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided between the hotel and the ceremony site. Please let us know when you RSVP if you will need transportation to and from the Mark Hopkins so we can get a rough idea of numbers.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the InterContinental Hotel Mark Hopkins, which is where the reception will be held. You can use the group rate link on the "Travel" page. There are plenty of other hotels nearby to consider, though, including the Fairmont across the street.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, all of our guests are invited to our Welcome Party on Friday night at 7pm at the Tonga Room for drinks and light refreshments, just across the street in the Fairmont Hotel. You are also invited to a Welcome Brunch on Sunday morning. Please indicate if you plan to attend these events when you RSVP, just so we can get a headcount estimate.
