Question

What will the weather be like in Evergreen that time of year?

Answer

Historically, the weather in September is in the high 60's to low 70's, sunny but always with a chance of a short rain-shower in the mountains.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both are taking place at the same location, Evergreen Red Barn. The ceremony will be held outside, cocktail hour is outside and inside the barn, food will be eaten inside the barn, dancing will be inside the barn, and yard games will be outside on the lawn area during the reception.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site at the venue. No need to worry about paying for parking at the venue, it is free.

Question

Will there be a shuttle or bus to and from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle that will pick guests up at the hotel and bring them straight to the venue, if that is preferred. The shuttle will also pick guests up every 40 minutes from the venue to drive them back to the hotel whenever guests choose to leave.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only having adults at our wedding. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Question

Will there be an open bar, or should I bring cash for the bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar with beer and wine available starting at cocktail hour and ending later on during the reception.

Question

When I arrive at the venue, how do I get to the ceremony site?

Answer

When you park at the venue, you will be at the back of the barn. You will notice signs to the right of the barn that lead you upward toward the outdoor ceremony site.
