There is ample parking at Grace United Methodist Church for the ceremony (including an extra lot across the street), but parking is more limited at Blue Ball Barn for the reception. Please plan to carpool with friends/family to Blue Ball as it can only fit 75 cars! You are able to leave your car at the Grace UMC parking lot as long as you need to!
Of course both venues are accessible! Grace United Methodist Church has two accessible entrances. On the Washington street side, there is a wheelchair accessible entrance into the Fellowship area. There are accessible bathrooms through that door as well. The front of the sanctuary can be reached from there, and there will be ushers to guide you in. On the N West Street side (the main entrance to the church), it is best to enter from the parking lot (the side gate leads you to the entrance) and you will see a ramp leading to a side accessible entrance right by the big red doors. That leads you to the back of the church. We will have reserved wheelchair accessible seating at the front of the church so please make your way all the way up so we can see your faces! We have reserved pews in the front so wheelchair users can park their chairs in front of the pew or in the aisle, whichever they prefer. At Blue Ball Barn, we will be in the courtyard which is completely flat. We will also have dancing inside, all of which is on one level. If guests would like to go upstairs to visit the art gallery, there is an elevator inside. A wheelchair accessible stall is available in each bathroom on the first floor.
The dress code is semi-formal attire for our candlelit wedding, so don your favorite dress or suit and tie and get ready to have a wonderful time together!
We will have Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available!
