Are there going to be any COVID restrictions in place?

Answer

With cases on the rise, this is definitely top of mind. Our entire wedding and all wedding related events will be held outside. While we will not require masks at our wedding, we encourage anyone that isn't vaccinated or is not feeling comfortable to wear a mask. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Gowns and tuxes are welcome as is cocktail dresses and suits.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only affair.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at Chalet View Lodge for all guests. Hopefully all guests will be staying onsite, so driving won't be an issue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Please make a note of your allergy when you send in your RSVP. Also feel free to e-mail Christina if you want to triple confirm.

I hear Graeagle is fairly remote. What’s the deal with food?

Answer

On Friday night, we will be hosting on open bar and lite bites at our Welcome Party. Eureka Peak Brewing Co. (onsite at Chalet View Lodge) will be open for dinner, plus there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding towns of Blairsden, Graeagle, and Portola, CA if you crave a sit-down dinner or take-out. On Saturday, the on-site brewery will be open for breakfast and lunch, or you are welcome to go into town. Don’t forget(!), if you wish to cook, there are two charcoal bbq picnic areas at CVL and the Cabin accommodations are equipped with full kitchens and propane bbqs. We will take care of dinner on the wedding night (thank you for celebrating with us!), and the on-site brewery will be open again for breakfast on Sunday.
