The ceremony and reception will be held on our property, 345032 Range Road 53 James River Bridge, AB We are located 20 minutes north from the town of Sundre. Directions: From Highway 587 turn onto Range Road 52. At the Shell Compressor sign turn left and keep driving until you see the 345032 sign in the ditch. Turn left down the first driveway and follow the signs for parking and camping.

If camping isn’t your style or simply not an option, please know we have arranged a block of rooms at Mountain View Inn & Suites in Sundre, AB at a discounted rate. Rooms MUST be booked before Aug 25th 2025. Below are the instructions of how to pick up your Group Block Reservations on their main website www.mvisundre.com website. 1- Website: www.mvisundre.com 2- Go to "reservations" then "make a reservation" 3- Near the top "Have Promo or Group Code” select “Enter it now" 4- Enter the group code issued for the block : AUTUMN 5- Pick the desired dates to stay under the group booking 6- Pick your desired room type 7- Enter your credit card details in order to reserve and hold the room (a valid credit card and matching photo ID are required at check in, and pre-authorization is then placed on the credit card at that time). As an alternative you can call the hotel at 403-638-0002 to make your reservation. Please ensure that if you are booking over the phone to have your Group Code available at the beginning of the call. OUR BLOCK CUTS OFF ON : August 25th 2025. Please book your rooms before this date, as the hotel is sold out and has zero availability for our wedding dates outside of the block after this date.

For those needing a ride to town, we have arranged a shuttle service from our property back to Mountainview Inn and Suites at 10:00pm and 1:30am
