FAQs

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Below are a few helpful details about the day—especially since our ceremony and reception are in two different locations and our ceremony will be very small. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 15

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to limited space/occupancy, this will be an adults-only celebration. Please plan to leave children at home or with a sitter. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

No—our ceremony and reception are at two different locations. Please see the address for the reception in your RSVP.

Question

Am I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

We’re keeping our ceremony very small and intimate—just family and the wedding party. When you RSVP, you’ll see exactly what you’re invited to: if the ceremony appears on your RSVP, you’re invited to join us for the ceremony. If you only see the reception, we can’t wait to celebrate with you there!

Question

Should we bring a gift? What do you prefer?

Answer

We love gifts! If you’d like to give a gift, we’re happy to accept smaller gifts at the venue—but we prefer larger gifts be shipped to our home address: 312 Foothill Lane Fayetteville, NC 28311 Cards and cash will also be received at the reception.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal / cocktail. Suits, cocktail dresses, and dressy sundresses are perfect (tuxes and gowns are welcome too). Earth tones are encouraged—neutrals, browns, tans, creams, sage/olive greens, and dusty rose.

Question

Parking & Transportation — What’s the best plan?

Answer

We recommend Uber/Lyft to the ceremony since it’s downtown Seattle and parking can be limited and time-consuming. The reception has a parking lot (about 50 spots), so we also recommend carpooling—and if the lot is full, please park in the nearby neighborhood next door and walk over.
