Welcome Party (food and drinks!)
7:30 pm - 11:00 pm
ATTIRE: Cocktail Casual (e.g., summer dress; pants or shorts and a button-down - short-sleeve is fine too)
We will have heavy apps and plenty of drinks throughout the night for anyone who is able to make our welcome event Friday. Feel free to come whenever in the 7:30pm-11:00pm and stay for as long as you want!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

ATTIRE: Cocktail attire
We will have two (air-conditioned!) charter busses leaving from the Austin Marriott Downtown at 4:00pm sharp. Please be on Lombardi Time - i.e., be there 10 minutes early at 3:50pm to board the busses. We will also have the busses leaving after the reception. One early bus (TBD exact time), and another at 11:00pm that will first stop at the After Party before heading back to the hotel. Exact departure times will be available here and updated closer to the wedding weekend.
After Party

Transportation will be provided from the wedding ceremony to the Eleanor for the after party. The Eleanor is located about a half-mile away from the Austin Marriott downtown hotel as well, for those of us staying at the hotel.
