Pick your side of the mountain! On the one side, the golf courses are (usually) going. On the other side, you can ski. Other activities include snow shoeing, fly fishing, the spa, shopping in downtown Evergreen or relaxing at the cabins. Golf will depend on the weather. To be confirmed 1-week prior to the event. There will be no shuttles for Thursday. Please Uber or plan a ride for this day.
8:30 am - 2:00 pm
A shuttle will take us to and from Copper Mountain throughout the day. First shuttle will be at 8:30, then 10:30. Shuttles will take everyone home at noon and at 2pm. This is a great kids event!
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We love Spaghetti Western movies and given we're hosting all of you out west, let's make it a theme. You can go as literal as Clint Eastwood and his poncho or the classic corset dress, or you can lean into cowboy cocktail. We will eat at 5pm. Your MC Lars Dabney will lead you through open mike night. Dress up in your best Spaghetti Western. No shuttles, but the venue is walking distance, super affordable uber distance to all hotels and cabins.
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
We love Jazz and will have a big brass band coming. Dress up in your best jazz style attire. Think 1900's, 20's-90's glam, wartime, zoot suit, gloves, flapper, old Hollywood, fur, sequins, pinstripes, psychedelic jazz, you name it. Vows will kick-off at 4pm, so make your way around 3:30pm. It will be officiated by the delightful Dr. and Mrs. Sandy. Kids will be served at 5pm and dinner for the group will be at 6pm. Kids and sitters shuttle will take the kids back at 7pm and 8pm so the adults can enjoy some speeches, music, and dancing! And if you thought one Dabney MCing was wild, get ready for MC David Dabney (the one with the accent).

Recover from all the activities and stop by for a Bloody Mary, coffee, and breakfast treat. We'll have a blow-up slide for the kids.
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
If you stay in town, join us for a ski day. We will ski down the mountain in our wedding attire (as is tradition). Loveland has a great kid's ski area and ski school if you would like your kid to ski. It's also really affordable. There will be no shuttles this day, so please plan transportation.
