Are masks required at the wedding?

At this time, masks are not required at the venue. Please check back for any updates on Covid protocols as it gets closer.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please reach out to the bride and groom with any dietary concerns.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March, 17th . . . preferably before you drink all the Guinness

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot on site. If for any reason a car needs to be left overnight, it can be picked up anytime before the event being held the following day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

2 busses are transporting guests to and from the wedding. The bus will arrive at the Holiday Inn at 2:40 and leave to head to the venue at 2:50. The bus will drop guests off at Birch Wood Vineyards in time for the ceremony. There will be one bus shuttle arriving at Birch Wood Vineyards at 7:45 and heading back to the hotel at 8 for any guest who wishes to depart early. The final 2 busses will arrive at the venue around 9 and head back to the hotel around 9:15.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have welcome drinks at Margaritas at the Holiday Inn at 6pm on Saturday, April 16th for anyone who arrives the night before the wedding.
