FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Expect classic Colorado winter weather. Around 4 pm, temperatures are usually mid 30s to low 40s with a chance of light snow. Wear whatever you feel good in. Most guests lean dressy, but choose layers you can add for the outdoor ceremony and remove once we’re inside where it’s warm. We’ll have blankets and hand warmers. The outdoor part will be short, about 15 to 20 minutes. Footwear tip: The ceremony area is paved, but winter weather can make surfaces slick. Choose shoes that feel steady for standing outside.

Question

What time should I arrive

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 to be seated. Ceremony begins at 4:00. Rough schedule • 3:30 pm: Guests arrive • 4:00 pm: Outdoor ceremony • 4:20 pm: Cocktail hour • 5:30 pm: Dinner • 7:05 pm: Dancing • 9:00 pm: Exit

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is right in front of the venue. Carpooling is encouraged to cut down on traffic and emissions.
