Can I bring a guest/ kids?
Answer
Unfortunately we can not accommodate all plus ones or kids. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of guests and/ or kids who are invited. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can use this as a night out!

When should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

The venue has free on-site parking, and a spot to drop-off guests right at front door if needed.
Question
Will there be a shuttle service?
Answer
Yes, 'Time to Go' will provide a shuttle service both to and from the venue at no cost to guests for those staying at the Vedder River Inn.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
The bar will be available after the ceremony, and the bar does take cash (Canadian) or card. The venue restricts any outside alcohol, and there will be security in the parking lot to enforce this. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available as well!
