Unless your invitation says you can have a plus one there is no one included other then who is listed on the invitation you receive- this will also match who can RSVP on the website when you go to do so! - If you need to have a plus one but didn't receive one please reach out to Emma directly at enjoylife8@outlook.com

We are including grazing tables that will have additional options for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan eaters alike! If you have any allergies please let us know when you RSVP- we will make necessary arrangements as long as we're made aware!

Under 21?

Answer

If you're a minor/under 21 you cannot attend (children included) -unless your name is specifically on the invitation. This will match who can RSVP. Since our venue is at a winery they are very strict about anyone under 21 being unaccomanied on the grounds, even just walking from the reception to the bathroom alone, so we just want to avoid any issues and let things go as smoothly as possible!

Just for the sake of the caterer's and alcohol we have to have everyone RSVP no later the 2 months prior to the wedding date -or- 08/08/2022

The venue has a full parking lot that is large enough to accommodate everyone! FREE

Indoors/Outdoors

Answer

The Bar/grounds open for the wedding at 5pm and the Ceremony will be also outdoors from 5:30 to roughly 5:45. Immediately following will be the Reception which will be in a heated tent. -The whole Arbor Crest venue/grounds will be open to walk around and the photobooth/guest book area will be in the indoor tasting room where the bathrooms are located, adjacent to the tent.

Hotel Blocks

Answer

We have a block of 20 rooms at the Mirabeau Park Hotel and 10 at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 30 rooms total, for out of town guests. You can call them and ask for the "Cooper Wedding" and they will give you a room in that block with free breakfast for the next morning(s). The Mirabeau also offers shuttle services to our wedding venue! Mirabeau at the Mirabeau Park Hotel is 509-924-9000 The Fairfield Inn and Suites is 509-747-9431
