What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive at least an hour early to reserve your seat, as space is limited.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the Transportation Ticket Center and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the three hotels surrounding the park, you have to take the monorail. Any other hotels, take the bus.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

You can make a special request; however, the reception is buffet style.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Grand Floridian, Contemporary, and Polynesian are the closest hotels to the wedding events, but they are the most expensive. Looking for a cheaper option? We suggest Art of Animation, Coronado Springs, or Key West. All hotel descriptions are available on www.disneyworld.go.com.

Kids are welcome! Make sure they follow formal attire: no shorts, t-shirts, flip flops or tennis shoes.

For rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, the dress code is formal, implying no shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, or shorts. For the fun in the sun event, wear whatever makes you comfortable! At all events, make sure to dazzle in Disney accessories!!
