We’re getting married!

We met in school, way way back in the day. Literally, back in 2005! We had crushed on each other on & off for years. He left me & graduated in 2012, and me graduating in 2013. Finally, back in the latter part 2020 we matched up, reunited & that’s where it all started… again. I guess it's true, you never know who God may be setting you up for in the long run.

On Christmas last year (2021) Tyriq & I went over to Grandma Carol’s house. One gift Tyriq would not let me open until we got to his grandma's house. We opened gifts with the family and watched The Color Purple (You Sho is ugly). I didn't want to open the gift because it felt like everyone had their eyes on me.. Ty asked when I was going to open the gift. Finally, I started opening it and everyone got closer, I opened the box... long and behold there was a ring, he was on one knee & Mama Jurea was yelling in excitement & getting the camera out. That’s how we became fiancés.
