How we Met

SuperBowl Sunday 2018

At the time Tiffany was a bartender that only worked on Saturday’s to help with the large crowds. That particular Sunday was Super Bowl 2018, so she decided to go help just in case there was a lot of people that showed up. This Sunday just so happen to also be Sylvester’s first time going to that bar. Throughout the night Tiffany was shooting her shot by going around and checking on every patron in the bar except Sylvester, because she wanted him to come to the bar. Sylvester was also shooting his shot at Tiffany by looking at her while she was walking around the bar. At the end of the night the two were finally able to talk to each other and it took off from there. After a month of long texts and all night phone calls, they made the dating official on March 4, 2018. On September 12, 2020, Sylvester decided to take it further and make them official with God, the law and their families!

The Proposal

September 12, 2020

Months and weeks leading before the proposal Sylvester was coordinating with Tiffany’s family and friends on how to create the perfect surprise without Tiffany finding out. He had her best friends come up with an excuse for them to be here without her suspecting anything. Due to Tiffany being stressed from school they suggested that they have a girl’s day and just relax and pamper. So, earlier that day while Tiffany was relaxing Sylvester was stressed out and preparing his nerves to pop the big question. As the day went Tiffany began to get frustrated with Sylvester, because he was not acting like himself and was causing them to be late to the dinner with her friends. When she arrived she walked into the room and saw many people that she was not expecting each holding a rose, which caused her to suddenly stop in her steps. She continued to not have a clue to what was going on until she heard the song that always remind her of him. She turned around and saw Sylvester down on one knee and immediately took off so her friends and family wouldn’t see her crying. Once her sister-in-law brought her back she said yes and walked down the aisle to collect each rose from all of her friends and family.
