If your child's name is printed on the invitation, they are warmly welcomed to join our celebration. We adore children and have planned an exciting array of entertainment just for them, including a moon bounce, fun activities, games, and our wedding DJ to keep the little ones thoroughly entertained.
We invite you to dress comfortably and authentically. Feel free to wear jeans with a stylish top or dress up if you prefer. We kindly ask that you avoid sweatpants, pajamas, and white or cream-colored attire to respect the bride's special day. The most important thing is that you feel confident and celebrate with us.
For wedding party members traveling from out of state, we recommend arriving the day before the wedding to ensure you're well-rested and prepared. Wedding party members should carefully follow the planned schedule for ceremony timing. If you'll be watching the live ceremony at the reception, please arrive no later than 3:45 PM. Please note that the fairgrounds are a one hour and 40 minute drive from Baltimore, Maryland.
Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, with immediate family members joining the wedding party in an open-air setting. While we have carefully planned for potential rain, we're confident our backup arrangements will ensure a seamless celebration. The reception and live ceremony will be held indoors, but guests can also enjoy the full fairgrounds and outdoor activities after dinner and dancing.
We warmly welcome and encourage photography throughout our wedding celebration! At each table, you'll find a unique QR code that allows you to easily contribute your personal snapshots to our shared wedding album. Additionally, we'll have a delightful Photo Booth where guests can capture fun memories—and enjoy unlimited prints to take home. Please also print one to add to our collective album. We can't wait to see the day through your eyes!
Yes, alcohol will be served at our wedding. While we welcome you to bring additional beverages, we kindly ask that you enjoy responsibly and respect the venue. As non-drinkers ourselves, we appreciate your understanding in maintaining a festive yet considerate atmosphere.
Our wedding day will be deeply personal, taking place where our home that means so much to us will be. While our street cannot accommodate parking or seating for all 190 guests, we've designed a thoughtful solution. Our immediate family and wedding party will be present for the ceremony, which will be live-streamed for all our loved ones to experience in real-time. While we exchange our vows, guests at the reception will enjoy drinks and light appetizers just a street away. Immediately following the ceremony, we'll join everyone at the fairgrounds to continue our celebration. We want to assure you that although not everyone can be physically present during the ceremony, no one will miss a single moment of our special day.
Parking is complimentary and readily available throughout the spacious gravel lots at the fairgrounds. You'll have no trouble finding a convenient spot for your vehicle.
If your invitation includes "and guest," you are welcome to bring a plus one. Otherwise, the invitation is limited to the individuals specifically named on the invite.
We appreciate your thoughtfulness, but gifts are entirely optional. If you'd like to celebrate with a gift, we'll have a designated table and card mailbox at the wedding. We've also set up an online house fund for those who prefer to contribute digitally.
