The resort is about 45 minutes away from the airport. We are working with a private transportation company to discuss options and will update this section when we have more information.
Hotel
We have set our room block at this resort. This is also where all events will be held :) DEADLINE: Please book by Nov 10, 2025 @ 5pm MST. Upon booking, you will pay for 1 night of your stay and the remaining balance will be paid for at check in. Nightly Rates include your all inclusive plan! That means it covers your stay, unlimited food, drinks (yes, alcohol too!), and 20% discount at the Armonia Spa and Quivira Golf Course. There is a 2 night minimum stay to receive the discount. Rates are based on the number of adults per room. Rates per adult range from $218-$259/night in a standard suite $519-$875 per room/night for 2-4 adults Kids under 4 stay free, kids between 5-11 are $50/night and kids 12-17 are $70/night. All taxes and service fees are included except the environmental tax that will be due upon check in (about $3.90 per night depending on conversion rate) Booking link below!
