Big Moose Community Chapel 1544 Big Moose Rd, Eagle Bay, NY 13331 It is 5.5 miles west of Eagle Bay on the beautiful winding Big Moose Road.
There is a large parking lot across the road from the Chapel. There is NO parking in front of the Chapel during weddings and NEVER on the Chapel lawn. That area is for drop-off and pick-up only, both for persons needing assistance and for the wedding party.
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before hand so you will have enough time to park, find a seat, and settle in before the festivities begin!
The ceremony is inside a beautiful chapel, that the brides 3rd great grandfather built. The reception dinner is inside a cozy restaurant 1.4 miles down the road from the chapel.
No, there will not be assigned seats. Pick a seat not a side, you are all loved by both the groom and the bride!
We will not be providing alcohol, but you may buy your own at the reception dinner. Alcohol is not allowed within the chapel or on its grounds.
No smoking or vaping are allowed within the chapel or on the grounds.
The only bathroom facilities are located down one flight of stairs in the basement.
There is no cell service or internet.
It's semi-formal attire. The bride and groom ask that you do not wear purple or white. The bride's bridal party is wearing blue and the groom's is wearing red.
