Question

What do I need to know about traveling to Costa Rica?

Answer

At this time, Costa Rica no longer has any travel restrictions or requirements for Covid. We will keep you updated on any changes. Your passport is not only required for travel but may also be required for entry to the National Park or to exchange money at a bank. The colón is the currency of Costa Rica but major credit cards are widely accepted and you can also use ATM's. It is recommended that you have some colones on hand for local shops and transportation. The water is drinkable. However, bottled water is recommended. You do not need to know Spanish to travel in Costa Rica, but it doesn't hurt :) https://www.visitcostarica.com/en

Question

Is there transportation between the hotel and airport?

Answer

Please see "Travel" for more details. The main airport in San Jose is about 3.5-4 hours away from Manuel Antonio. There are options for buses, taxis, private shuttles, or car rentals. We are happy to help you coordinate transportation and both Casa Tolteca and the Falls Resort assists with airport transportation as well. You will not need a car while in Manuel Antonio

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! But they are very flexible/casual. Please see the schedule for additional details. We are asking that you RSVP separately to these events as well just so that we can plan ahead for food and drinks. But otherwise, just enjoy, relax, and feel free to do your own thing.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids! But we want our wedding to be your time off.

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

No. We are not registered and prefer not to receive any gifts or cards
