Question

What are the details for the shuttle?

Answer

A shuttle with Hale Transportation will depart from the Turning Stone Transportation Center at 3:45 PM and will return guests to the Turning Stone at the end of the event. The Turning Stone Transportation Center is located at the back of the property to the left of the Lodge Entrance. A map of the property can be accessed using the link below. The shuttle will be located at the "bus entrance" noted on the map. https://www.turningstone.com/uploads/document/920916_Resort-Property-Map.pdf

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Be sure you are completing the RSVP for both yourself and your guest.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our reception is going to be an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to treat this as a night out! We politely ask that this be a child free event unless their names are listed on the formal invitation.

Question

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors along with cocktail hour taking place both outdoors and indoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place inside the venue.

Question

Venue Policy

Answer

Smoking is not permitted on the property. There is a designated smoking area located in the parking lot. Please refrain from discarding cigarettes on the ground and dispose of them in the provided receptacles.
