What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at Muhlhauser Park at 2pm. We want to start our ceremony at 2:30pm so we have plenty of time for pictures before we arrive at the reception hall.

Where should I park?

Both the park and the reception hall have parking lots designated for their location.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that at the ceremony you let the professionals we have hired take the pictures. We are happy to send copies to anyone who want them. We just don't want anyone blocking that perfect shot. Thank you for understanding! At the reception feel free to take all the pictures you want!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable since our ceremony is outside and our reception will be inside. Dress casual. Keep it classy.

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

Besides white or Ivory feel free to wear any other color you want even black

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! However, we are tight on the guest list. Please only bring your children if they are included on your invitation. If they are not and you want to know if you can bring them please contact us.

Can I bring a date?

We have a tight guest list. so our invitations are going to include whether or not you get a plus one. If you are a solo invite and end up wanting to bring someone please contact us. If we have room after RSVPs we will see if we have the room.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

We need your RSVP absolutely no later than August 15th!!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both locations are.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

As you may have noticed our ceremony starts at 2:30 and our reception at 4. This is in case people arrive late or we have a malfunction on our end and start late. Once the ceremony is over we will be having pictures taken but please head to the reception hall and start enjoying the company of familiar and new faces over a few drinks. We will meet you there shortly to really get the party started.

Will food/drinks be served?

Our reception will have a great selection of food served buffet style as well as non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. This is all at no cost to you. Thank you for being there on our big day! Feel free to tip the bartenders and the person in charge of our special party favor. They will be hard at work all night making sure you are having a blast!

Will there be dancing?

Answer

You bet your booty! Be prepared to hear some music you have never heard before. Wear comfortable shoes or kick them off and go barefoot!
