We met March 2016 through mutual connections, though it wasn’t quite what we expected. Tiffany’s best friend who happened to be high school classmates with Lamar, was getting to know his cousin, who also happened to be Lamar’s roommate. What was meant to be a set-up for them turned out to be the perfect set-up for us. Ever hear the saying, "When we tell God our plans, He laughs?" Well, that’s exactly what happened to us. Two seemingly unlikely people, both in the middle of divorces and midlife crises, ended up finding something truly beautiful in each other. What started as an "unenthused" and unexpected connection blossomed into a partnership built on healing, understanding, and love. Through all the changes and challenges, we became home to each other. We supported one another through our toughest moments, always finding ways to laugh, sing, and grow stronger together. Our bond has been a journey of transformation, and we wouldn't trade it for anything. Now, we are excited to cruise into this new chapter of our lives together, knowing that everything that brought us here was perfectly designed and blessed by God.
