Meet and Greet

4:45 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Attire

Due to limited parking at the Meet and Greet, everyone is encouraged to use a shuttle provided at no cost to you (tips would be great tho!). Call or text Penny at 928.853.4205 for a ride to and from Los Abrigados. Mention that you’re part of Kevin and Tiffany’s group and where you’re located for pick up. She is on call and exclusively available to you from 4pm to 10pm on Friday, October 8th. We’re looking forward to hosting a fabulous evening of “A Taste of Sedona” where we’ll have a selection of local wines and beer, as well as charcuterie trays and food with a Mediterranean flare. In addition to wine and beer, Alan (the local favorite bartender) will serve fun and delicious Mocktails, as well as coffee, soda and water. Bring your favorite playlist and plan to stay awhile! Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Champagne toast and open bar! Adult only event! Creek side wedding and reception! Check in is at 4pm so please be prepared for this as ceremony is also at 4pm, please try to arrive to the ceremony venue by 3:45 Pm to ensure everyone’s seated and ready for the big event! We can share rooms for getting ready and hotel will try to accommodate earlier checkins! 💗💗💗
