So there was this guy on my team at work, who was inviting everyone to his Christmas party. One of my co-workers wanted an invite as well, so I grabbed the guy's phone, put my number in it, and told him to send me his address. Well, he did, unfortunately, my co-worker said she could not make it to the party, so we did not go. The following month I was leaving work early to catch a flight to see my boyfriend at the time. While heading to my car I got a text message from an unsaved number that read "Where are you going?". I replied "going to see my boyfriend, who is this?" While I waited for the response, I reviewed the previous message which was the guy on my team's address, for the Christmas party. Once he replied "Kevin" that was the beginning of Kevin & Tiffany......the rest is history.

All week I thought Kevin's family was coming into town to see this home he and his sister were rehabbing. He told me that we were going to Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant with his family that Saturday. I had been wanting to go there for months, so I was very excited. Well, Saturday comes and so did my monthly visit from *Aunt Rose*. I did not feel my best and could not find anything to wear. Just as I was going to text him "go ahead without me" he walks into my townhome. Not wanting to disappoint him, I finished getting dressed, put my hair in a bun, and walked out the door. Once we arrived at the restaurant I asked how far was his family, he told me about 20 mins away. So we started with the wine tasting while we "waited" on his family's arrival. I noticed Kevin was throwing back the samples of wine like they were shots. I said slow down sir its a tasting. Then the server started to "rush us", saying we can take the last two wines with us to the table. I found that strange because the other people that were doing wine tastings had been there for some time, so why was she so eager for us to get to our table? The hostess comes and starts to walk us to our "table". I was becoming more confused and irritated because there were a lot of empty tables we were passing and it seemed like we were going all the way to the back of the restaurant. So she walks into this room and I see some of my friends first sitting at a table with their phones out. Then I get a quick glance at the rest of the room and see more familiar faces. Once I make a full turn, Kevin is on one knee and I'm in shock. I remember him saying "will you marry me" and I answered "OF COURSE!' My family was on Facetime and some more of my friends surprised me later that day. I was literally the happiest I have EVER been that day. One of the best days of my life! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Malibu!
