Yes! If you are sick STAY HOME! Do not make our wedding a super spreader. We would love if you can take a covid test before you come to be safe, but there are other viruses floating around so PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU DON'T FEEL WELL, even if its just a little sick, STAY HOME! Thanks!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes. Bus 1 & 2 1:00 buses arrive ++bus 1 55 passenger ++ Bus 2, ADA 55 passenger bus with wheelchair ramp. arrives at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Richmond - Midlothian 1021 Koger Center Boulevard Richmond, Virginia 23235 USA and Residence Inn Richmond West/Midlothian, 1350 Johnston Willis Drive,Midlothian, VA 23235. The bus will park between the 2 hotels since there will be guests at both. 2:00 bus LEAVES and heads to venue The Outlook at Saddle Ridge, 17901 River Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23838 2:40 – guests arrive at venue 10:00 shuttle does pick up at venue drop off at same spot BUS 3 1:30 bus arrives at Hampton Inn By Hilton Richmond-Southwest-Hull Street 3620 Price Club Blvd., Midlothian, VA, US 2:00 bus leaves and heads to venue The Outlook at Saddle Ridge, 17901 River Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23838 2:40– guests arrive and receive welcome drink or champagne 10:00 shuttle does pick up at venue drop off at same spot

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We are starting at 3pm sharp! You should be in your seats no later than 2:50pm

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love the kids but we have 350 people with just the adults so we don't have space in the building for all the cute kids. The kids that are in the wedding will be the only children present.
