Jeremy had planned a special trip to Caesars Head State Park, telling me we were going there to photograph the migrating birds. It seemed like the perfect way to spend the day in nature. When we arrived, we parked and headed toward the main overlook, where he let me walk ahead. As I reached the edge, I couldn’t help but be in awe of the breathtaking view, remarking how much I loved the adventure we were on together. That’s when he softly asked, “If you love this adventure so much, would you join me on the next one?” I turned around to find him on one knee, and in that instant, my heart raced. Tears filled my eyes as I realized what was happening. I kept asking, “Are you serious?” He nodded, his eyes welling up with tears. Before I could say anything else, I pulled him into a tight hug, not wanting to let go because I was shaking with excitement. He gently pulled away and asked me again, “Will you join me on the next adventure?” And through tears and the biggest smile, I said, “Yes!”
