We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We love all of your children, however, only those apart of the bridal party will be in attendance.

Onsite parking is available at the Arlington. Please also feel free to park at the hotel if you are staying there and Uber/carpool over to the venue.
We will be hosting a post-wedding breakfast at the hotel the morning after.
Formal and Colourful Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Floral prints and suits in lighter hues encouraged.
We kindly ask that you be mindful when taking photos or videos during our ceremony, as our photographers will be taking professional photos and videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.

We'll be providing sunscreen, hand fans and ice water to combat the heat during our outdoor ceremony, but we do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses so they can comfortably view the proceedings.
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but may need to step on grass briefly to take their seats.
Our venue's address is 8934 Huntington Road, Vaughan, ON L4H 4X1, Canada. You can view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the garden where the ceremony will take place. There's a staircase you must descend to access the ceremony space, but our venue also has an elevator in the lobby that can get you to the right level.
