Warm, between 60-75. You might want a light jacket for the evening.
Up to you! It is definitely not necessary to explore Santa Monica / Venice or get to any of the wedding events, and there will be plenty to do in these areas via Uber/Lyft & bike. However, if you want to explore Malibu or other parts of LA, we would recommend renting a car.
There will be plenty of food at the events! However if you are hungry, here are our favorite spots in Santa Monica / Venice: $: - La Purepecha (Mexican) - Jyan Isaac (Bakery and bagels) - Teddy’s Red Tacos (Birria) - Heavy Handed (Burgers) - Cha Cha Chicken (Caribbean) - Bay Cities (sandwiches) $$ - Uovo (Italian) - Courtyard Kitchen (Brunch) - Colapasta (Italian) $$$ - Felix (Italian) - Gjelina / Gjusta (Californian) - Cobi’s (Southeast Asian)
Check out Montana Ave, Abbot Kinney, Palisades Village, and Rodeo Drive
