When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP before August 1, 2024.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore kids, our wedding and celebration is adults only. Thank you for you understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Our wedding is Black Tie Optional. We encourage men to wear a tuxedo or nice suit and women to wear gowns, formal cocktail dresses or pantsuit.

Are there any colors that should be avoided?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams.

Are the Wedding Events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Welcome Drinks will be held in the Tasting Room, which is indoors. There will be an outdoor patio area for guests to mingle as well. The Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will be outdoors. Please note that the all Wedding Day events will be held on turf.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please take a look at the Hotel Tab on our website. We have outlined different hotels at different price points that are close to the Wedding Venue as well as which hotel will have Shuttle Pick Up/Drop Off.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be no parking onsite at the venue. We urge our guests to take the shuttle to and from the venue or Uber. Shuttles will be provided from Westlake Village Inn to Cielo Farms, beginning promptly at 4:00PM. You will not be able to park on-site at the venue.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture all of the special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting Welcome Drinks on Friday (9/20) in the Tasting Room at Westlake Village Inn. We would love everyone to join us to help us kickstart the Wedding Weekend! Please go to the Schedule Tab for more information.
